A 1983 honors graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law, Jeff has over twenty-five years' experience practicing law in California. He specializes in the following areas:
HELPING BUSINESSES AND PEOPLE MOVE FORWARD: providing legal guidance to small and medium businesses; forming corporations, limited liability companies (LLC) and partnerships; negotiating and writing business agreements; helping people buy or sell a business; and negotiating commercial lease and real property construction contracts.
SOLVING PROBLEMS: helping clients resolve disputes - before courts, arbitrators, and mediators - involving breached contracts, problem vendors or clients, difficult partnerships, and construction problems.
A member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Asian Pacific Bar Association, Jeff is admitted to practice before the U. S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit; U. S. District Court, Northern District of California; U. S. District Court, Southern District of California. He holds a Mediation Credential from, and since 1996 has served as a volunteer mediator for, the Santa Clara County Office of Human Relations He is listed as a mediator on the Santa Clara County Superior Court's mediation panel.
Demonstrating his interest to work with small businesses, he is a frequent lecturer in business law for Silicon Valley SCORE Small Business Workshop for startups and existing businesses.
